Features:

  • High dispersion, high purity, high whiteness and high gloss.
  • Less impurity, no black point, low oil absorption value, extremely low electrical conductivity.
  • It has good acid and alkali resistance, insoluble in water and organic solvent, good light resistance and weather resistance.
  • The particle size distribution is narrow, and the average particle size (D50) is about 0.6um.

Applications:

  • It can be added in proportion with titanium dioxide in the process of coating production, which can effectively exert the pigment performance of titanium dioxide, reduce its dosage and improve the anti-powder performance.
  • For powder coating,it can improve the levelness and gloss retention of the product,improve the film thickness and increase the powder loading rate.
  • Used as ink filler, which can resist aging, sun exposure, increase adhesion, clear and bright color and do not fade.
  • It can be used for all kinds of plastic masterbatches, replacing titanium dioxide, and reducing cost without affecting performance.
  • Used as filler in elastomers and engineering plastics to make the products bright and beautiful, enhance the aging resistance and weather resistance,improve the product strength and reduce the production cost.

Warehousing And Storage Life 

  • Industrial precipitated barium sulfate should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse, and should be padded to prevent from being affected with damp.
