Our Glass Flake can be applied in anti-corrosive coatings, paints, and pigments to prevent corrosion, and used as a reinforcement material to manufacture composite materials. Its particles form dense, inert barriers within the paint film. Overlapping layers of glass resist water and chemicals permeating the paint film. The addition of glass also increases the flexibility, hardness, and abrasion resistance of coatings.

KmerisSpecification:
Kmeris is a leading manufacture of glass flake, also it is an engineered, performance enhancing mineral products developer. Following an initial research project in the early 1999s to manufacture glass flake for anti-corrosive coatings, the development of the ‘spun method’ of production has enabled the material to expand into a broad range of applications, such as marine protecting coating, industrial anti-corrosive heavy-duty coating, glass flake reinforced epoxy coating, plastic, rubber, pigment and so on!
